General Return Policy:
Products from Physical Stores are not returnable.
Non-returnable items: Discounted items, custom designs, and products with sizes chosen by you.
You are responsible for return shipping, and we are not liable for lost packages.
Refund Policy:
Report dissatisfaction within 24 hours with a photo of the tried-on dress.
Color differences due to editing or monitor variations are not grounds for return. Report defects in non-warranty products immediately. Upon inspection, we will process your refund.
Client Rights on a Refund:
Initiate a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Returns after 2 days will receive a 100% refund via gift card for our site. No refunds after 30 days. Cancel within this period for eligibility.
Receiving a Refund:
