RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

MOND BRAND accepts returns strictly under controlled conditions to ensure fairness and high quality standards.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.

  • MOND BRAND reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejectionof the return.

Refunds

  • If a return is approved due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by MOND BRAND.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects reported within the specified timeframe.

  • In such cases, MOND BRAND may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

  • We carefully work with exact customer measurements and maintain close communication through video and photo updates during production to ensure the best possible fit
