RETURN & REFUND POLICY
MOND BRAND accepts returns strictly under controlled conditions to ensure fairness and high quality standards.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.

MOND BRAND reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
Inspection & Approval

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejectionof the return.
Refunds

If a return is approved due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by MOND BRAND.
Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects reported within the specified timeframe.

In such cases, MOND BRAND may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
