 All our dresses come in the sizes displayed on our website, ensuring a perfect fit for every customer. We can  custom-made the dresses based on client specifications. Customized items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 4.⁠ ⁠Orders & Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, design changes are not permitted without written approval. Delivery times vary based on design complexity, materials, and destination.

 5.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payment
Prices depend on materials, customization, and design complexity. Deposits may be required, and full payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs during production will be communicated to the client.

 7.⁠ ⁠Measurements & Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate measurements. The Company is not liable for issues caused by incorrect measurements. Adjustments due to inaccurate sizing will incur additional costs.

 8.⁠ ⁠Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Custom products cannot be canceled once production begins. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within the specified period. Valid claims will be addressed with repair, replacement, or refund.

 9.⁠ ⁠Liability & Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for damages after delivery or delays caused by force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, wars, or pandemics. Clients are responsible for product care after receipt.

10.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property & Legal Terms
All designs and products are the Company’s intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited. These Terms form a binding contract governed by the laws of Kosovo. The Company may update Terms at any time, communicated via official channels.
