Return and Exchange Policy
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects reported within the specified timeframe. The Company may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and will address valid claims promptly.

Orders and Shipping
Customized orders cannot be changed after confirmation without the Company's approval. Delivery times are set at the time of purchase and may vary based on design, materials, and destination. However, we usually try to coordinate with the customer so that the order arrives on the date they need. For this reason, it is best for the customer to contact our sales agents for any details and after we agree on the customer's requirements, they can place the order on the website.

Shipping and Transportation
The Company offers domestic and international shipping. Clients are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and other charges. The Company is not liable for delays in international shipping.


Cancellations and Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 1 day of delivery. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons.

The Company is not responsible for any damage after delivery. The client assumes responsibility for the product’s care and maintenance.
