The shipping costs will be covered by Monda Beqiri. Please note, however, that this does not include customs' fees and VAT.
Monda Beqiri provides worldwide shipping, utilizing DHL as the courier service.
Shipments are dispatched only on weekdays.
The estimated delivery time for products is 21-28 business days to reach the Customer's delivery address, not accounting for any potential customs processing delays. For custom-made products, which are specifically crafted based on the Customer's needs and requests, the delivery time, including production, is 1-3 months.
Express posts usually indicate a slightly later estimated delivery date than the actual one to accommodate any unforeseen emergencies. Consequently, products may arrive earlier, and Customers should not be concerned. Customers have the option to either provide a delivery address for Monda Beqiri agents or opt for pickup at their local Office.
Upon delivery, the Customer must sign for the package. If the package is not signed for or nobody is available to receive it, the courier will make several more delivery attempts and engage in communication with the Customer.
