 "Orders" are your requests to purchase Goods.

 General Return Policy: 
 Products from Physical Stores are not returnable.
 Non-returnable items: Discounted items, custom designs, and products with sizes chosen by you.
 You are responsible for return shipping, and we are not liable for lost packages.
 Refund Policy:
 Report dissatisfaction within 24 hours with a photo of the tried-on dress.
 Conditions for return: Item must have the YELLOW RIBBON attached, be in original packaging, and include original tags. Color differences due to editing or monitor variations are not grounds for return. Report defects in non-warranty products immediately. Upon inspection, we will process your refund.
 Client Rights on a Refund:
 Initiate a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Returns after 2 days will receive a 100% refund via gift card for our site. No refunds after 30 days. Cancel within this period for eligibility.
 Receiving a Refund:
